Tyrosys Remote Support Tool Instructions:
1. Download AnyDesk software to your Mac
2. Navigate to the folder on your Mac where downloads save to.
3. Double click on the .dmg file to extract it.
Tyro-tip: If you'd like to use the tool in the future, move it to your Applications folder.
4. Finally, double click on the AnyDesk tool to launch it.
Importantly, please follow the extra security settings listed below to enable the tool to work properly on your Mac ahead of our remote assistance.
Click on Security & Privacy
Click on the padlock in the lower left and type in your Administrator Password. Then make sure the checkbox next to AnyDesk is checked.
Ensure the padlock in the lower left is still unlocked, then make sure the checkbox next to AnyDesk is checked.
Just launch the Tyrosys Remote Support Tool and we'll see you in class!
