Tyrosys Remote Support Tool Instructions:


 1.  Download AnyDesk software to your Mac


 2. Navigate to the folder on your Mac where downloads save to.


 3. Double click on the .dmg file to extract it.  


Tyro-tip: If you'd like to use the tool in the future, move it to your Applications folder.


4. Finally, double click on the AnyDesk tool to launch it.


Importantly, please follow the extra security settings listed below to enable the tool to work properly on your Mac ahead of our remote assistance.

Extra Security Settings for macOS 10.13 - 10.5 and MACOS 11 BIG SUR

Make sure the checkbox next to TeamViewer and/or TeamViewer QuickSupport is checked.

Open System Preferences

Click on Security & Privacy

Make sure the checkbox next to TeamViewer and/or TeamViewer QuickSupport is checked.

Click on Privacy Tab, then select Screen Recording

Click on the padlock in the lower left and type in your Administrator Password. Then make sure the checkbox next to AnyDesk is checked.

Make sure the checkbox next to TeamViewer and/or TeamViewer QuickSupport is checked.

Finally, click on Accessibility

Ensure the padlock in the lower left is still unlocked, then make sure the checkbox next to AnyDesk is checked.
