We structure our work days so that we can serve clients with our best quality;
offering regular "lunch-hour" walk-in hours, help by personalized appointment, and dedicated time daily for repairs to keep rapid project turn-around.

Your reservation lets us know that you're interested in coming at a specific time.
We might have overlapping customers or activities during that time (especially during walk-in hours), so please be aware that only premium paid appointments reserve exclusivity.
For clients seeking exclusive, one-to-one dedicated time, we offer premium prepaid appointments.
This service includes priority troubleshooting and support for up-to one hour. Additional project time billed as required.
After-hours / Urgent includes our expedited service fee. Carry-in service only.
We will simply run an Apple Service Triage Diagnostic on your Mac computer hardware, then carefully document your troubleshooting concerns and your contact information. From there we'll have your unit checked in and it will be troubleshot within a business day.
Drop-offs do not include immediate troubleshooting and a prepaid diagnostic fee of $85.00 may apply.
Please don't be rude and no-show.
We always encourage our clients to leave detailed contact information so we can check-in with you to confirm your troubleshooting needs are within our scope of support.

Tyrosys ONLY services Mac Computers - NOT iPhone, Beats, AirPod, or iPad devices.
Those non-computer devices commonly require whole unit replacement and can be facilitated directly with Apple.
Please turn off Find My Mac before arriving. Instructions on how to turn off Find My Mac are found by clicking here.
If Find My is not disabled at drop-off, a $49 fee will be charged to assist you in doing so.
Find My is required to be disabled to service any 2018+ Mac computers.
