We at Tyrosys take your privacy very seriously and protect the information you provide us. We strongly feel that the 'Golden Rule' applies here and do everything in our power to instill trust with our clients.
Tyrosys never has, and never will, sell any customer data.
Tyrosys only shares data with required 3rd parties for specific purposes. Examples include: 1. Sharing unit and contact information with Apple using Apple Global Service Exchange (GSX) as required when completing a repair requiring parts from Apple, either in-warranty or out-of-warranty. 2. Payment details with PayPal for credit card merchant processing. 3. Billing information with our bank to process payment via check.
Tyrosys is PCI-DSS complaint.
We re-certify quarterly proving our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliance. We use PayPal or QuickBooks Online for all of our credit card merchant services; and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, in addition to ApplePay.
All customer information is kept secure and encrypted at rest.
Your data is only accessible on a need-to-know basis by staff and protected with layers of 2FA based security. Payment information is never retained beyond the transaction, in strict compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Carry-in Repair Services
Carry-in service labor performed at a base hourly rate of $87.00 dollars per hour. At a minimum, a non refundable Diagnostic Evaluation Fee will be due for troubleshooting your equipment, and pre-payment is required for all suspected liquid spill units or other special circumstances.
Any equipment left beyond 30 calendar days from drop-off or received date will be considered abandoned and will be liquidated or destroyed.
All services are performed in our laboratory by Tyrosys staffed Apple Certified and Apple Authorized Technicians.
Manufacturer hardware warranties including AppleCare do not reimburse Tyrosys for the labor of evaluating, troubleshooting, and freight to transport your equipment, therefore diagnostic fees and applicable transit fees will apply.
Software Support
Software troubleshooting or repair, data recovery, and iOS unlocking are not covered by any warranty and are always billable services.
Hardware and accessories sales are final.
Purchases are exchangeable only within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Please inquire about a sales demo of EasySplicer units prior to purchase if unsure if its capabilities for your needs.
Your Data Stored on your Hard Disk Drive
Tyrosys Corp assumes no responsibility for data or data lost during servicing. It is the owners responsibility to backup important data before repair service release. Data Recovery is offered as a separate service and may not be available depending on unit type or encryption used.
Your original failed hard drive will not be returned to you if replaced and returned under warranty because it must be returned to the manufacturer. However, if the Hard disk drive or solid state drive is replaced outside of warranty, the original hard disk drive will be returned to the owner. Certain models of Mac computers have the hard drive storage embedded within the main logic board making return not possible unless the board is purchased outright out-of-warranty at Apple's published Stock part price.
